About The Event
After School Yoga with Laura!
I create bespoke yoga sequences for children tailored to their age, needs and interests. I ensure that my sequences always include breath work (pranayama), poses (asana), meditations and affirmations. They are fun and engaging for children with a selection of music, games and activities.
