Yoga for all levels with Georgia Wood.
Even if you think you’re “bad at yoga” (there’s no such thing!) because you’re not flexible, my classes are all about the feeling you get rather than what you look like on the mat.
My style is a strong but soothing Vinyasa flow, with a focus on correct alignment. I offer simple visualisations during savasana for deep and nourishing relaxation.
