About The Event

After-School Art & Craft Club (Ages 6–10)

A calm, creative space where imaginations run free and little hands stay busy.

Our after-school art and craft club is a relaxed, welcoming place for children to unwind,

create, and explore after the school day. Led by a qualified textiles teacher, each

session gently guides children through a new themed craft, with plenty of room for

creativity, conversation, and confidence-building. Every week, children will make

something special to take home and be proud of.

Come play, create and explore!

What Children Will Explore & Learn

Through calm, hands-on making, children will:

● Develop fine motor skills through sewing, weaving, cutting, threading and

assembling

● Build hand–eye coordination and confidence using tools and materials

● Explore creative problem-solving and independent thinking

● Learn about different cultures, traditions and festivals through themed

projects

● Connect with nature and the seasons, using colour, texture and form as

inspiration

● Experience the joy of creating something meaningful to take home each week

All activities are artist-led and gently guided, allowing children to explore at their own

pace in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Pricing

We offer a tiered pricing structure to help make our club accessible to all families. Our Full Price reflects the true cost of running high-quality, creative sessions led by a qualified teacher. A Sibling Rate is available for a second child, helping families with more than one booking. We also offer a Lower Income Rate for families who feel they need extra support — no proof required, just choose the option that feels right for you. This trust-based approach helps ensure every child can take part, feel welcome, and enjoy a calm, creative space to unwind, explore, and proudly take home something they’ve made themselves.

You can book a Block of 5 Sessions (10% Discount) or pay weekly (if spaces available)

Single Session £15 Full Price / £12 Sibling / £10 Low Income

Block booking (5-week course): £67.50 Full Price / £54 Sibling / £45 Low Income

A Space for Grown-Ups Too

Parents and carers are asked to stay during sessions. This isn’t a drop-off club —

instead, it’s a chance to pause, socialise, and unwind at the end of the week. Sit

back with a cup of tea, chat with other parents, or simply enjoy a calm moment while

your child creates.

If you have a younger sibling with you, please feel free to bring them along. They may not be able to take part in the activity, but there will be space for them to stay and play safely alongside you.
