About The Event
Wing Tsun Kung Fu at Station Hall
Tuesdays | 6pm–7.30pm | Ages 11+
Kung Fu London is coming to Station Hall with a new weekly Wing Tsun Kung Fu class, offering a welcoming and supportive way to develop practical self-defence skills while improving fitness, confidence and wellbeing.
Wing Tsun is a traditional Chinese martial art with an emphasis on efficient movement, body mechanics and practical self-defence. Kung Fu London takes a holistic approach to teaching, combining physical training with mental focus, coordination, confidence and discipline.
The classes are about much more than learning martial arts. Kung Fu London aims to create supportive local groups where people can train together, challenge themselves and make connections within their community. Their existing schools bring together people from different backgrounds and experience levels, with teaching adapted so students can progress at their own pace.
Whether your motivation is self-defence, getting fitter, improving your physical and mental wellbeing, building confidence or simply trying something new, the classes are designed to help you find a pathway that suits your own goals.
No previous martial arts experience is necessary, and all abilities are welcome.
