About The Event
Come and join us for a restorative Body & Soul Sound Journey to welcome 2026.
Hosted in a beautiful community hall in Herne Hill, this warm, spacious venue is the perfect setting to unwind and drop into deep relaxation. Stephane will begin with a short introduction and invite everyone to briefly introduce themselves. From there, you’ll move through gentle movements, settle into a guided meditation, and then surrender into your own sound journey.
Stéphane is a trained Gong Bath and Reiki practitioner, as well as a passionate Qi Gong and Yoga enthusiast.
With intuitive guidance, gentle body movement, and the sacred resonance of sound, Stephane creates a space for you to journey inward; restoring balance and renewing your spirit for the week ahead. After the session, you’re welcome to stay and connect with the group, share reflections, or simply head home feeling calm & refreshed.
