FREE COFFEE MORNING AND CHILDREN'S TOY & BOOK EXCHANGE

Thursdays 10am - 12pm

Pop in with your little ones and browse our shelves for books and toys to take home, and make donations to help others. We will also be collecting your small, unwanted items for re-use in the community.

BREATHING WORKSHOP

Every other Wednesday 7.30-9pm

Reap the benefits of breathwork: reduced stress and anxiety; better sleep; deeper sense of calm and relaxation; stronger connection to others; increased energy.

KUNDALINI YOGA

Wednesdays

6.45-7.45am 6.15-7.15pm

PAY WHAT YOU CAN. Yogabods Kundalini yoga is for anybody - no matter your age, your flexibility or whether you've ever tried yoga before! Please bring a mat and a blanket if you can.

We need to build, grow, diversify and generally achieve lift off from here, so would love to hear your ideas for activities in Station Hall, or better still, to work with you to plan your own session. If you have something up your sleeve, please get in touch and help us build a programme that has something for everyone...

Events are either fixed price, pay what you can or free. For all of our fixed price events we also have a number of subsidised or free spaces available. If you or a family member are keen to attend an event or workshop but cost is an issue then please get in touch.
